Terms and Conditions — PK 234 Online Gaming Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to pk 234. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pk 234 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all other features available at pk234.biz. The platform is operated and managed by the pk 234 team and is made available to players primarily in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing any game on pk 234, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use pk 234. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and pk 234.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and use pk 234, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf — corporations, syndicates, and groups may not register accounts.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from pk 234 or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested.
• You must maintain only one account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or additional accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• You must not have had a previous account on pk 234 that was suspended or closed for breach of these terms.

Pk 234 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Registration on pk 234 is free. No fee is charged to open an account.

3. Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk 234 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Pk 234 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings.

• Never share your pk 234 password with anyone, including pk 234 support staff. We will never ask for your password.
• Do not use the same password for pk 234 that you use for other websites or apps.
• Log out of your pk 234 account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify pk 234 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Pk 234 will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Any activity carried out using your pk 234 login credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified us of a security breach before that activity occurred.

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on pk 234 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on pk 234:

• JazzCash — instant credit
• NayaPay — instant credit
• SadaPay — instant credit
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — same-day processing
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card — instant credit

The minimum deposit amount at pk 234 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though large single deposits may be subject to additional verification. Pk 234 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Pk 234 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to you, it may be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal from your pk 234 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name on your pk 234 account.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are: Easypaisa and JazzCash within 15 minutes; Bank IBFT by end of same business day; card withdrawals within 3–5 working days.
• Pk 234 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.
• Pk 234 reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or first withdrawals to a new payment method.
• If your account has an active bonus with wagering requirements, withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to those requirements being met first. Withdrawal of deposited funds is not restricted by bonus terms.

Pk 234 may delay a withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these terms. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as is reasonably practicable.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on pk 234. Game-specific rules for casino and other titles are covered separately in Section 7.

6.1 Placing Bets

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by pk 234, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by you. Pk 234 reserves the right to void bets placed in error — for example, where an obvious pricing error has occurred due to a technical fault.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet on pk 234 is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, competition, and market type, and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Pk 234 reserves the right to limit individual player maximum stakes at its discretion.

6.3 Abandoned and Void Matches

If a match is abandoned, postponed, or fails to complete within the required timeframe, pk 234 will void all affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets. Specific settlement rules for each sport are available in the full betting rules section within the platform.

6.4 Live Betting

In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Due to the fast-moving nature of live events, pk 234 may suspend in-play markets temporarily. Any bets not confirmed before a market suspension are not accepted.

6.5 Cash Out

The cash-out feature is available on eligible markets. Cash-out amounts are calculated in real time based on current odds. Pk 234 reserves the right to withdraw the cash-out feature from any market or player at any time without prior notice.

7. Casino and Game Rules

Pk 234 offers a range of casino and game products including Andar Bahar, Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Jackpot Slots, Fishing Games, Poker, and Crash Games. By playing any game on pk 234, you accept the following:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of crash games, a provably fair cryptographic algorithm. Pk 234 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• The house edge (RTP) for each game is published on the game information panel within the platform. Players are encouraged to review this before playing.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• Technical disconnections during a game round do not void a placed bet. If a disconnection occurs, the round will be settled based on the outcome determined by the server at the time of the fault.
• Pk 234 is not responsible for losses incurred due to your internet connection being unstable during game play.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

Pk 234 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other incentive programmes from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. In addition, the following general rules apply to all pk 234 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Pk 234 determines eligibility at its discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in its terms.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise.

• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or malfunctions in pk 234 games or systems for financial gain.
• Attempting to access pk 234 systems or data without authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Allowing a person under 18 years of age to use your pk 234 account.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

Pk 234 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, the player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken, except in cases of clear fraud or legal obligation. Where an account is permanently closed for a breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at pk 234's discretion.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pk 234 customer support. Any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following standard verification.

Pk 234 is not liable for: (i) losses resulting from internet connectivity failures on your side; (ii) indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; (iii) any loss of winnings due to a technical fault outside our reasonable control, provided that affected bets are settled fairly or voided and stakes returned. Where a technical error results in an incorrect payout, pk 234 reserves the right to correct the error.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Pk 234 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of pk 234 following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
